Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Pool Trader does not verify listing details and is not a party to any transaction.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings. Spam, harassment, or illegal content will result in account removal.

5. Disclaimer

Pool Trader is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pool Trader is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from transactions between users.

7. Changes
